03 — How we work
The unglamorous parts, done properly.
Most software problems are not technical. They are unclear scope, hidden assumptions and handovers nobody can use. We try to remove those first.
Scope before code
Requirements, deliverables, price, timeline and ownership are agreed in writing before work starts. Changes are discussed, not absorbed silently.
Data stays yours
Least-privilege access, confidentiality terms and only the data the job actually needs. Access is removed when an engagement ends.
Tested and documented
Version control, backups, testing and a handover you can use: source code, credentials, decisions and the parts that are still fragile.
No imaginary capabilities
We do not claim certifications, service levels or timelines we cannot support. If we are not the right fit, we say so early.
